To register for Nursery work with us, you must have the following qualifications:

Nursery Assistants: NVQ/ CACHE Level 2 or Equivalent in Childhood Studies/ Childcare and Education
Early Years Practitioners/ Nursery Nurses: NVQ/ CACHE Level 3/ NNEB/ Equivalent in Childhood Studies/ Childcare and Education
Early Years Professionals: NVQ Level 4, 5 or 6/ EY Foundation Degree/ QTS/ EYTS/ EYPS

If you do not hold the relevant qualifications, you must have at least 6 months experience working within an Early Years setting along with the following:

Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
A strong understanding of child development
A passion for working with the under-fives
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to use your own initiative
An understanding of all nursery duties
